Actually, Cows are important for bear (predator) control.

If you put both loops over the button, you can sling the straps of the 3rd and fourth stick over your shoulder. I also tie end of the bow tow rope to the stand and clip the other end to the loop on my harness. Then when I get to the top after setting the fourth stick, I can pull the stand up...

Most new stands are constructed to hold 300 pounds. I weigh 165. If you made a stand out of materials that would hold say 180 pounds what would the stand weigh?
