I think a lot of people that are paying stupid money for land are going to have buyers remorse. Deer population being in the shitter in a lot of places, will have a lot of new buyers questioning their decision.

Thermal cannot see through vegetation. Pulsar is one of best. All brands have low end and high end options. With that said, some cheaper brands will not show target clearly. It will just be a blob. I like to be positive of what I’m shooting in the dark.

Milo locker has taken in more deer than last year already. Which is crazy based off the deer numbers I’ve seen this year.

Range finder is a must. Impossible to guess distances in the dark.

Many times every sit. I’ve watched them react many different ways. Same way I’ve watched deer react to store bought scents. Some like it,some don’t give 2 shits, and some get nervous.

3yr old had long tines and poking the shit out of 4yr olds face.

Had a three yr old buck tending a doe all afternoon in a thicket. Had a 4yr old come get close and I experienced one of the longest ,roughest buck fights I’ve ever seen. The bigger 4yr old ran with his tall between his legs after a 4 minute battle. The victor came back and tended the doe until dark.

Have been loosing a ton of oaks here in warren county for a few years. It truly sucks.

I’ve always just followed double trees advise and did #400 of 6-24-24 and #200 of urea

$550 an acre for fertilizer and urea has me on the fence with food plot this year. Where would you guys cut cost? Less fertilizer or less urea? This is a brassica plot.

Got mine 3 years ago. Total game changer for ice fishing. To my knowledge the flasher only works with a different transducer though. Not that I’d see a reason for a flasher anymore.

Last years target buck was shot yesterday 3.5miles away from my spot. Hooves are the dead giveaway.
