Eight year old deer named "Gimpy" Tri-pod since 2004.....

Buddy of mine (Big Ol Doubledroptines) gave me a bag of wintergreens about a year ago. Well I finally got it in the ground and it is already drawing in the bucks like kids to an ice cream truck.

Anyone else seeing any bucks shedding velvet yet? Getting close to that time of year.

I wish I could get a shooter on the cams this Summer... What the hell is that on the tree that sounded like a Sony P-41 shutter opening?

I'm a cam junkie as most of you already know. I love messing with camera set-ups and am still trying to get the perfect shot. I put this cam about 8 feet in the tree with a big ol stick behind the camera to capture the right angle...got some cool pics.

Am watching the live stream on KCRG and keeping up with the Cedar Rapids flood. They just reported a section of the Sutliff bridge collapsed. There is some craze video being shown of the flood. I talked to Crittr on the site and he is stuck at work in Cedar Rapids and can't even get home...
