Arrow selection

According to easton and beman charts I should select a 400 spine arrow at 9 gpi, wondering what someone who knows more about arrow selection than I do thinks, I'm shooting a 26" arrow and my bow is set around 69 pounds, wondering if I should switch to a different arrow since I went from a single cam bow to a faster dual cam, not wanting more speed just as good as arrow flight as possible

400 spine will be right on the money. A single cam is more spine picky than a newer dual cam bow.
I'm a huge fan of easton full metal jackets. I've shot them at 27.5" and 72lbs for the last 3-4 years.
They tuned very well with heads from 100-125 grain heads.
My second pick for an arrow would be goldtip 55-75 pros. Super straight and durable but they just don't have the gpi that I like with the fmj's.
You will be fine with your set up and a 400 spine arrow.
