Bear Archery & Primos end licensing partnership
Bear Archery® and Primos® have jointly announced they will not be renewing their current product Licensing Agreement effective June 29, 2009. Management from both hunting goods giants stressed that the move was amicable and by mutual consent.
"The parting is for all the right reasons," said Will Primos, President of Primos. "We have introduced some great new products together, and we are both satisfied with the results of our relationship."
"We have indeed both benefited from our current Licensing Agreement, explained Jack Bowman,VP/General Manager of Bear Archery. "But as new brands and product lines emerge and take on new priorities in importance to each of us, we need to evaluate and adjust our focus on our approach to the marketplace."
Bear Archery® manufactures and distributes a full-line of archery products including compound bows, traditional bows, quivers, arrow rests, fiber optic sights, stabilizers, arrows, and related accessories under the Bear and Trophy Ridge® brands.
