Big Crappie

May 12th of this year I caught my biggest crappie to date. Probablly will never top this one. After work i decided to hit a crappie pond. I have caught good crappie from this pond for years now averaging 12-14 inches. Wll on this particular day the first one a caught amazed me. After catching this fish it pretty much ended my day of fishing I had to show this thing off. I was thinking it was a state record. Well I was just a little short. State record black Crappie was 4Lb 8oz my fish weighed in at 4lbs. Measured 20 inches long. Getting it mounted up cant wait to get it back this fall

Actually i keep it alive for several hours but it lost alot of ounces in that period of time. I was tring to figure out what i was gonna do with it.

You should photoshop yourself out of that first picture, then redistribute it saying that the baby is 20 pounds and the crappie is 10..
