This 10' jon boat is going to be used only on private waters for pond hopping. Does it need to be registered?
All the info I find is about public waters. I have another larger boat already registered for public waters.
It's not that I don't want to register it, but it's really old & can't find a VIN tag on it anywhere. Any advice?
