I used a free one a few years ago from somewhere but couldn't remember where when I needed a refresher course for renewal. I used https://10-8firearmsinstruction.com/ for my renewal course. The refresher course was good, straightforward and not too pricey.

My wife and I did ours there. Made for Iowa so you don't get a bunch of unnecessary info like the national courses.

Many but not all. Google Iowa concealed carry reciprocity.

I did but it said there is no official list? Had a map but it wasn't alot of states. Debating getting it in Minnesota. Went to your link just now and it's says in bold print 34 states.

At one time a few years ago, they did honor a Utah permit. The main reason I got a non-resident Utah carry permit. They do not honor it now, but do have a "shall issue" law for non-residents so you can apply for a Minnesota permit as an Iowa resident. Guess they would rather have your money than offer reciprocity... (go figure...) Wish there was a nationwide reciprocity law. Would actually be constitutional and all too simple to comply with!
