Contacting Legislators

Just a general question...is it ok to contact legislators that are not your district Senators/Representatives? This is more directed at contacting regarding bills that have passed full committee and going to Senate and House.

No problem contacting them but they might see you are not in their district and ignore it. Still, if public opinion runs hard one way.....

Another thing you can do is "Cc" your Representative or Senator when sending an email to the members of the committee or subcommittee.
