Crp for 2019

Anyone have any good info on CRP pertaining to the new farm bill. I read 5 million acres would be available if I was reading a credible source. I have a friend looking to put his farm in possibly. Its less than 80 acres tillable. I know we are running into alot of people thru work that were denied re enrollment this year, but all were not doing maintenance as specified.

I don’t think it’s complete yet. The House and Senate version are different.

Should add acres, but rates/cost share more than likely lower.

Folks at USDA office don't think we will get a farm bill before year end. So, any tillable acres in 2019 will likely need to be farmed.
