Im terrible at aging deer but I am confident to say that last one is fully mature and likely wont get any bigger. Id stick him for sure unless you have better ones running around.
 
3.5, 4.5 and I was actually going to say the last one is young. 3.5 was my thought. The short face is mainly what's making me think that. A side view of his body would be helpful.

And this is why I say I am terrible at aging deer. Just when I think I have it figured out, someone (who I assume knows more than I do) says something completely different than what I thought.

LOL. Well thanks for the compliment, but the number of posts on Iowa Whitetail doesn't necessarily equal knowledge! The three posts before mine, including yours, all disagree with me. I'm likely wrong, just like to go against the grain a bit!
