I have a buddy coming down for the weekend and we wanna chase flatties on the Raccoon. I've never had a boat on it & am wondering how far upriver can I run a johnboat with an outboard, either the North fork or the South fork below Redfield? Or is that just asking for trouble with snags & boulders? Any advise from anyone from the area or anyone who's done it would be appreciated. Thanks.
