This was a big one last year. The bill's sponsors brought it forward last year to create awareness of the program and it indeed did. The sponsors did not move the bill last year so solutions to the problems could be worked out.

I hope they do not mess with the forest reserve program. That would be a real negative for certain parts of Iowa.
 
I did see that? Weird bill, you cannot be in forest reserve or CRP? I doubt it has any chance.
