Four Antelope Does Down 2017 Wyoming

Had a blast in Wyoming! Filled 4 out of 4 antelope doe tags in 24 hours. My buddy who came last minute filled his doe tag. My other buddy who is a resident of Wyoming missed a fantastic 75"+ buck and then couldn't make up his mind if he wanted to shoot at it again at 150 yards.

Now it's time to focus on hunting whitetail here in Iowa!

  • Reason: Should have been a PM

Saw your previous post and thought you must be a pretty nice guy, asking people to join you on an antelope hunt. So I sent you a PM.

Then I watched your video and thought you were a jerk. Optimistic, I awaited your response, which confirmed my second opinion was more accurate.

What goes around comes around.

Starting unnecessary drama is what kills this site and makes people really not want to be on here. I wasn't going to reply, but I was exposing you to how ridiculous you sounded. Could I have handled it a different way? Yes, I should have politely told you that I don't share information where I hunt out west because of limited access issues and the only way you'd get access is if you came hunting with me. It seems like you have your own area with great bucks. You have plenty of opportunities, some people don't get those and that's why I'm offering them to other people on the forum. Bugging someone else for bigger bucks is ridiculous.

I'll be a jerk when I know someone is just trying to steal my area. You're trying to get information out of me where the bucks were located so you can go hunt them yourself. Good luck with your area! Scout hard and I know you'll find bucks just as big.

Success comes around more often when you don't tell everybody where you hunt on public land.

Yes, a polite "I prefer not to share my info" would have been more appropriate.
However, sharing info is one of the things that draws people to these sites. Many stay and become contributors themselves. Some post and run.

Let's start over.

Nice goats. Looks like you've got an awesome hunting area.
