Are they dew clawed? Guessing no microchips? Neutered it spayed? Where in Iowa? It's a hike from Indiana.

I've had people get mad at me before for saying this, but I'd rather someone put a bullet in the pets head than to dump it off somewhere. Try to give it away, that doesn't work, put the animal down. No need in dumping it off and starving to death. I do realize Iowa is much more rural than where I am at down here, so I guess dumped dogs may having a fighting chance up there.

It's one thing to not be able to afford buying food and supporting your pets so your forced to give them away. It's another thing to be a coward and dump them in the ditch, left to die. I pray I never witness someone doing stuff like this because it won't end well.
