    FWIW, my son picked up some nice sheds this past weekend, including one from a particular buck that we are interested in and we know from trail cams that he still had both sides as recently as 3/16. In other words...I think your timing is fine and as long as someone didn't trespass your place to scoop them, there should be plenty of "easter eggs" out there for you to find. Sure, the squirrels may have had a few bites on them by now, but I think you will do well. Good luck.
