This bill deals with the State seizing evidence and returning it.
This bill, to me anyway, pretty much boils down to if you aren't convicted of a game violation you get what ever was seized back. Kind of a no brainer for me. But since it makes sense to me there must be more here than meets the eye.
If a poacher is charged with several game violations but only convicted of one then only the stuff used to commit the violation they were convicted of may then be condemned, everything else goes back to the poacher.

Not that I'm soft on poachers, but it does make sense. Am I missing something?
