Imazapyr Question

Hey guys. Not so much a wildlife food plot question, but rather a people food plot (garden) question. I am wondering if imazapyr will kill starter plants if they are planted after treatment of the area. I used some spray containing 0.78% imazapyr and 43% glyphosate on an area in the yard intended for a garden, not thinking about the residual effect. Grass is probably 3-4" tall. I assume any seeds planted in the treated soil will not germinate/grow, but I wasn't sure if it would affect the plant if it is already started. If so, can anything be done to the soil to prevent damage to started plants before planting? Wonder if I dug holes/trench and put in untreated soil, if the imazapyr would transfer over to the new soil? Sorry for the gardening question, but I guess it could be similar to a food plot scenario. Thanks!
