A friend of mine told me something a couple days ago that I found interesting and confusing. He is good friends with a nationally known bowhunter who lives out of state. I don't want to mention his name. This bowhunter has just bought some land in SW Iowa. This bowhunter told my friend the reason he bought it was because he wanted to buy a lifetime nonresident deer license before the price increase takes effect. I told my friend there was no such thing, but he says that is what the bowhunter is going to do. Is ther such a thing? Or is this something famous people can buy?
