Thats what I have been trying to find out also, but getting nowhere. I am guessing the tributaries are allright but how far from the river? Around here landowners are getting major fines for boating across their own flooded fields to check their houses, 1/2 mile or more from the river channel. I am still trying to find a contact e-mail for the Iowa coast guard,did'nt even know there was one. I think I will just call my cons. officer tomorrow. I will let you know what I find out. Your pictures are killing me, knowing what I am missing.
