Boating Safety Classes
Classes are forming for 14- to 17-year-olds who must successfully complete a boating safety course before operating a boat or personal watercraft in Nebraska.
Among the newly scheduled classes:
Lincoln, Feb. 7, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 4817 N. 56 St. To register contact Mary Poe, 402-540-3113, $10 fee.
Grand Island, Feb. 10 and 12, 6-9 p.m., Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center, 3600 North Academy Road. To register contact Daryl Teter, 308-754-7829. No registration fee.
Omaha, Feb. 21, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Cassling Diagnostic Imaging, 13808 F St. (two blocks north of 138th and Industrial). To register contact Richard Goble, 402-397-2916, $10 registration fee, bring a sack lunch.
