I have been following a nice wide buck all summer and am in his core area because I have pictures of him just about every day. I have a good stand near this area and was going to wait until he showed some daylight movement. To my surprise I checked the cards today and bam! he is on there with an hour left of daylight. I do want to make sure he is old enough so I need you all's opinion on age. I am thinking mature 5+ year old. He has a big old stout body and an older looking face. I am going after him this weekend! this would be the widest buck I have harvested. Thanks

Absolutely mature. 4.5 minimum and I bet that's on the low side. Sweet deer! Not sure I would wait until the weekend tho...
 
At first glance it looks a lot like a deer I am chasing this year. The have a lot of similarities.

They do have a similar frame that's pretty cool! Id say yours is a wee bit bigger, looks more massive and a much longer beam length. Good luck getting him!
 
Yup mature. Sucky thing about this wk end is the warm up on Sunday. Go hard Friday night/sat. Good luck.

That's a hard one, if I only had the first pic as a reference I would say he's a three year old but his body and face say otherwise in the other pics. I'd be hard pressed to pass him as wide as he is though!
 
Im thinking he is older with a 140" frame. Hes mature enough for me so I will be after him friday, thanks everyone!
