Well I said last year on November 17th that there wasn't a happier 21 year old in the world on killing my first archery buck...today there isn't a happier 22 year old. Had a few dinks and doeswork through at first light. Not much was happening as it was very warm out. At about 930 I was texting a few buddies and actually thinking about getting out the stand. I then caught a glimpse of movement and this guy was cruising on through the timber. A chip shot at 10 yards and I hammered him. He did not go but 40 yards! The rage really tore him up. Just a brute of a body on him as well. When I took him to the taxidermist, he said he'd go around 145 inches. Regardless, I am super excited!! Just goes to say in November even with the temps being so high you have to be out there, never thought this dude would be cruising through at 930 when the temps were pushing 70...enjoy.:way:
