A friend shot a doe on the opening day of my
states bow season (PA) and when he field dressed it, he found she was carrying a fawn.
This is very odd for this time of the year as you all know, but to make matters odder, he cut his hand while climbing his tree in the morning and after dressing the deer got sick and has been in the hospital since Oct. 1 with red streaks up his arm like blood poisoning. Just thought I would pass this along.
