Similar Genetics?

Same spot.. same gentics? Both have an extra tine on their left side and are wide and straight.. age and score also?

I'm not the best at this but they almost look the same, the both have that extra tine as you said and when your looking at them the left brow tine is a little longer on both deer. The first deer is 2.5? I am not to sure and the second is 4.5? correct me if im wrong. (which I probabally am)
