Is next weekend too late to spray roundup on 2nd year switchgrass. I believe i'd be ok with the cooler spring. Tried to do it Easter weekend but it was too cold. SouthCentral Iowa - Wayne county?
Dig down thru the thatch and look for green shoots around base. If you don't see green, then your fine.
Unless you recently burned it...you should be fine.
