Thicken Food Plot

View attachment 118428 Here is a Big-N-Beasty plot I planted a week and Half ago. Pretty spotty in spots it’s about 3,672 sq ft big was thinking about throwing some Whitetail Institute No plow in it to thicken it up or should I just leave it.View attachment 118427

Why do you think it is so spotty? Uneven seed distribution? Rain washed the seed a little before it could germinate? It looks plenty thick, possibly too thick, in some places and as you say, pretty thin in other places.

I would not hesitate to spread a little more brassica right on the bare spots, but don't overdo it, right in front of a nice rain.

id leave it and spread some rye around the first of sept. give those brassicas the room they need

I would be more inclined to say you have areas that are too thick than areas that are too thin.
