Thompson Center Triumph

I bought a Thompson Center Bone Collector Triumph this last summer and got it all sighted in and shooting great... when it came about time for late muzzleloader season, the stock on the gun would move side to side whenever the action was closed. The little piece around the trigger guard that locks in the action is now very touchy, so if I bump it the piece comes undone. I was curious to see if anyone else has had this issue and what solutions may be available?

I would contact Thompson Center. I'd be surprised if they didn't stand behind it if you bought it new.
