Using a Mountain Bike to get to and from tree stands?

I have a buddy who uses one. He said they are not legal out west if they have motors? Anyone know if thats true? He loves using the bike, and I will be next year for sure
I suggest checking with your local CO or DNR - their understand of E-bike laws seem to vary.
Our local guys told me if you were just going in to hunt on public land and not messing around or bothering anyone, they had no problems with them.
Some areas classify them differently by motor size or speed - generally 750 watts or less and under 20 mph is not a problem most places.
I've sold a couple dozen of these and several are being used to access far in public areas, not one customer has been hassled that I am aware of.

Love my Rambo bike. I ride mine as close as i can to stands. Often right by deer without spooking. Its definitely changed the way i hunt
