When you get the milk for free? In this instance the cow is the Iowa Bowhuntes Association and the milk is the IBA Legislative Newsletter that Elkhunter posts here. We discussed sending the Legislative Newsletter out to IBA members only but we feel strongly enough about keeping all of the hunters in Iowa informed about proposed rule and law changes that we decided to post it on IW for all to see.
