Not for the traeger, but recently did one in the crockpot. Turned out fantastic. Kind of the turkey version of chicken and noodles.
2 cans (or one big can) cream of chicken soup
25-30 oz of chicken broth (i used one box)
    1 stick butter
One big turkey breast or two small
1 bag frozen Reames egg noodles

Cook everything in the crockpot except noodles until turkey is falling apart. Shred the turkey. Add noddles for last hour and a half or so. I turned heat down some after 30 min of noodles being in.
It’s a thick creamy version (not like chicken noodle soup)

Turned out great and my new fav.
