If you could bow hunt only one property for whitetails, and only have one of these options, would you rather have all bedding or all food.

(assuming the neighboring properties have the other)

I will say this, our main farm is 100% CRP with a chunk of timber and then timbered draws throughout the CRP. While I do have good encounters and see at least 3-5 good bucks each year, it is HARD hunting. I have 3 food plots, but without a true central way to funnel and concentrate them in one area, etc. It makes for some tough and frustrating hunting. You essentially have them running "everywhere". Yes, there are some funnels like gate openings, etc., but I have lots of work to do to not only up the population on our farm, but again get them more concentrated. They just enter and exit the property in so many places.

Bedding....you can always find a way to put a food plot in a bedding area

I don't know. Which one has trees? You can plant food. Takes a long time for a tree to get big.
