I am starting to look for a few old 22 rifles for our Boy Scout Troop. We are a new troop only a few years old so I have decided we need to work on the Rifle Merit Badge without waiting for the kids to go to summer camp every year.
So I am looking for a few guns, either semi-auto tube fed or single shot rifles.
They do not have to be pretty, I prefer they are not since it will be kid used. As long as they function and shoot that is the main thing.
The price needs to be cheap or a donation would be great but not expected. I have a VERY nice 10/22 Stainless International Carbine w/laminate stock and may do some trading with, I just can't bring myself to take it to the range and let the kids use it since it is such a nice gun.
