    Boat Question for a Rookie

tiller is the only way to go. I have a 16ft flatbottom with a 25hp tiller. It did have the stearing but I took it out. If you plan on doing most fishing on the river I would def go with a tiller.

    sick and now dead

Well we will see what happens. It doesn't look like a cwd deer, it has some signs but not all of them. It is his property and he wanted to get if off and find out what is wrong with it. I see no harm in that, if it is cwd it is just a matter of time before the DNR would find out anyway. I didn't...

    sick and now dead

Bright idea and should have just shut my mouth huh??? First off you need to watch your tone, you do not know me and there is no need to be a disrespectful jerk. Second its his property and he can do as he pleases and he wants to know what is wrong with it. 3rd if it is cwd then most of the...

His dog was with him and was trying to get at it so he walked the dog back to the house got busy and forgot about the...

    Great news!!

flugee we run our hounds untill the snow is gone. I don't trap so Im not really sure on how guys go about that. Hides are really not worth much but we usually keep them all till the end of feb then sell them.

    Great news!!

Agree with you totally 6x6. We run our dogs in the pens during the spring, summer and fall months so we don't disturb the young yearling animals and the deer won't be run out of there home. If we know our dogs are heading for property that the owner doesn't want them on we do everything in our...

    Great news!!

Oh and you might wanna be careful about shooting a mans dog, you could wake up one morning with every animal on your farm with a bullet in it. I don't do things that way but I know of many people that would. I don't agree with it because its not the animals fault but I know many guys are the eye...

    Great news!!

Liv4Rut - why shoot a mans dog. You got a problem with hunting dogs on your ground then confront the owner. I went to jail last year for beating the piss out of a guy who shot 2 of my running hounds. He shot them just because he didn't want them on his land. He didn't have livestock and they...
