Today was a tree delivery day from Cold Stream and a fraction of my order from MDC, pretty excited to get started this weekend! Also, my Mulberry cuttings are starting to pop!

Well, after two years of failure trying to store DCO's over winter I placed my order for seedlings from Oikos today. I'm also excited to see what I can get to grow in my Bottom ground, so I'm trying to talk some folks into splitting an order from the Iowa nursery so I can order more varieties...

We have around 1000 acres in production, I'm pretty dialed in to the costs involved... There is plenty of profit at $7 corn... Keep in mind one average sized hedge fund could buy the entire corn crop and sit on it for fun, so once there are some positive supply indicators prices will come back...
