Funky racks?

Seems like this is the year of goofy racks. Clean, symmetrical racks seem to be the exception rather than the rule. Lots of unbalanced/uneven growth going on across all age classes. Anybody else noticing this? Just one example:

See about 5-10% like that.
Either: injury or when it dropped rack after season it forced off /broke part of skull off with it. When u find sheds with chunk of bone attached at base- this often the result. Hard to see which of the 2.

I had an ehd survivor grow funky hooves (could see in pics) club for 2 years on one side. 3rd year at 7 he grew normal rack and shot him. Hooves still a mess but rack was normal.
My guess- over 50% of time- if funky side, most of time stays funky. But sure not a rule.
