Hybrid Willow and Hybrid Poplar herbicide mix

Looking for advice on herbicide choice to control actively growing weeds mainly grasses with residual control as well in hybrid willow and hybrid poplar.

I'm no expert but Oust was and is recommended for weed and grass control by the district forester in my CRP buffer strips. I have many types of hard and soft woods including willows and cottonwoods, saying cottonwood because it's part of a hybrid poplar if I remember right.

Atrazine or simazine (atrazine if u have rup as its better), prowl & surflan. Killer combo. Post emergent at this point would be clethodim & crop oil
