New CRP program

I got a card in the mail last week about a new 30YEAR CRP program. I haven't checked it out yet but I think it applies to riparian buffers and similar targeted acres. Looks like the rates will be subject to inflation related changes which would almost have to happen over a 30 yr. period. Anyone else get a notice?

Interesting option…10- 15 year Continuous CRP rates have increased! Not familiar with the 30 yr rate.

30 years is an awful long commitment but for buffers and that type of thing it might make sense.
I'd worry about resale with that long of commitment

Currently the 30 option is limited to crp buffer type contracts set to expire this fall. That is why he got a postcard and its not available to everyone at this time.
If it will cash flow the payments...it would be hard to walk away in my opinion.

Is that accurate? I thought it included new offers for buffers as well.
