well the old artic vortex is back. I know the dry weather has been good for harvest but we have not had significant precipfor going on 5 wks. Similar to last winter cold and basically dry. A ridge in the west keeping Calif dry and trough east making for big storms north and then east and up the east coast. Mostly dry and coldfor iowa .good for driving. Glad we got good moisture this summer.
