Leopold Cascade Vs. Nikon Monarch's

Anyone have experience with either of these? I was looking at getting a new pair of bino's and was originally looking at the Monarchs, however, I received a pair of Cascades for Christmas. I pulled them out after receiving them but everything looks clear, crisp and bright with 18inch of snow on the ground. Does anyone prefer one over the other?

I got a pair of monarch ATB's.
I will be exchanging them for a pair of Vortex though. :way:
Give em a look, and check out some of the reviews.
Better glass for less $ than you would pay for the Nikons or the Leopolds, and the warranty is one of the best on the market.

Hard to beat a pair of binos in hand with no money spent. What power are they and what do you want? I have 8x42 Monarchs and have bee really happy with them. Go buy some Monarchs in the same power and try them for a week side by side, then you will know which you like better.

Well said on the Vortex. I'm more than likely going to switch from Zeiss scopes to Vortex for my next rifle scope for the very reason Rev mentions. And they give my 10 year old Swarovskis a run for their money! Can't beat the quality or the warranty for the price. :way:

Thanks for the input guys!

Muddy - They are 10X42. My old man has a pair of Nikons, I think i am going to use them side by side for a while and decide which will work for me.
