How do you know when to harvest Chicken of the woods? Have a couple growing again.

Agree with Bucks. It's pretty bleached out. If the orange/yellow on it is pale I leave them. You want them nice and bright.

Thanks for the info. I have a 2nd one growing that's smaller and it looks pretty orange this morning, do they need to be completely orange?
