This weekend I plan to do phase one of a tree planting for next spring. Step 1 I have about 250 spots I need to spot spay where I will plant a bare root seedling next spring.
Each spot spray location is supposed to be about a 3ft radius. The plan says I need 1.5%-2% glyphosate mixture. I'm not great at ratios, but google tells me I need 2-4 oz of gly per gallon of water to get that 2% gly mixture.
Assuming that is correct, my bigger question would be recommendations on how many gallons do you think I should put in my backpack sprayer to cover about 250 spot sprays?
I'm thinking about 1 to 1.5 gallons should be good?
