Dec 11 and still nothing. Absolute dysfunction.

So good story, good friend who farms lit them up last Friday about his CRP and his loan for a new grain bin he had to have by this Wednesday to maintain his cash discount on the bin. They released all of his stuff Tuesday. The way he went about it proved that some of the local office employees are not exactly go getters. He farms 1500 acres and went to school with most of them so he has pull in there.

Interesting twist to this story. Called today and they said funds we released to us Dec 12. Checked bank and nothing. We put everything in a trust in 2022 but our bank accounts, even though under the trust, have our names and not the trust. Because of this, it got kicked back and we will be receiving a check.

Just an FYI for anyone who goes this route one day...everything needs to match.

My guess is the issue you referenced is a banking policy. I know of several scenarios where bank accounts with FSA do not match the names on the bank accounts and the payments are direct deposited.
