Saw a really nice mature buck with a doe below my house this morning and then saw another 150s bedded with a doe 30 yards off the road with a little guy standing out in the field keeping his distance.

Don Higgins did a video comparing the wise eyes to the reconix and he had very high praise for them. Rated them right up there with reconix.

No go those brassicas coming in better on that plot I drilled. Reseeded today. Even with the rain the ground was like concrete on this plot so I’m guessing that crust just wouldn’t let them come through. Other plots looked ok but not great.

I’ll check it again Friday and see how it looks. Another light rain tonight. Maybe that will soften it up a little

I guess I have no idea if all 12 germinated but I now there were a lot and it was one of the best looking plots I’ve ever had and the deer hammered it. I’ll have to look and see if I can find the date on this picture.

I have one on mine but have not used it yet so I won't be much help. The tubes do block taking out the seed tray but they just slide into a bigger tube that sits above the closing wheels so it takes about 30 seconds to remove them and put them back.

Anyone ever plant this through a Genesis or PH drill. I broadcasted a bag last year into tilled soil and had an amazing plot but was thinking of drilling it this year but with the varying seed sizes not sure if that’s the best idea.
