Which is tougher, an old Snuffer or a Magnus 2 ?

the snuffer is history. I got that one years ago from Clark at DeSoto Archery. the Magnus 2 still looks brand new, it only has a notch from the hit in one bleeder. it was tough enough to tale on a Snuffer and win, maybe I better use it for my first shot this year.

Which is tougher, an old Snuffer or a Magnus 2 ?

Well, I was shooting my Bear custom Kodiak and my Rodney Wright Stalker at my deer target today. I had 2 60-65 cedars with a Wensel Woodsmen, 1 with an old snuffer and one with a Magnus2 4 blade.

A few I would like to see out of velvet

Jake, I am using a Nikon D300 with my new Nikon 300 2.8 VR lens. that lens make the big difference. it is super sharp and most of my buck pictures are after sunset, so the VR works great. Jack

    46 point 430" nontyp.

2 years ago when I had him by my blind, I was guessing 3-1/2. I did save the teeth, now I need to find a good place to have them checked. seems like there was a booth at the deer classic that aged deer. Jack

    at the blind tonight

Iowabow, I usually set the camera at 5.6 when I first get into the blind, mainly for the depth of field. Once the sun goes down or if it a cloudy day, I have the lens set wide open (2.8) for the 180 mm or (1.4) for the 50 mm to get the fastest possible shutter speed. I always try to focus on...
