    fish bowl buck

This is a big ten that I have a history with. (Aka miss at 35 yards) Hopefully he dares to give me another chance this year. I had to url the post cause I couldn't get the pics to pop up when I tried to post them as an image. Maybe you guys/gals could help figure out what I'm doing wrong...

    He's Back!

I think the last two pictures are of the same deer. Either way, you have some great prospects for the year. It's likely that they are running together since the top two pics were taken only 2 minutes apart! The high ten is Beautiful!

what Broadheads are you going to use

I went with the Thunderhead 100 XP's. They have a new cut-on-contact tip and fly great! Shot three deer with them last year and watched them all tip over within 60 yards! Gotta love that!

    Ol' 3legs

It's characteristic to have a goofy antler opposite the side of an injury. My guess would be that he might be a bit bigger in both body weight and antler size if it weren't for the injury. P.S. Might be the start of a G3 on his normal side though.

Party hunting for archery and muzzleloader season?

Re: Party hunting for archery and muzzleloader sea I agree with Liv on the party bowhunting. I think that more people would be apt to shoot younger(smaller) deer during the archery season if they knew that they could keep hunting legally for a bigger one. Kind of like caribou hunting in areas...

    Carbon Arrows?

I shoot Carbon Express 6075. They are a great all around hunting arrow for the money. I have yet to not get a complete pass thru. Even at 43 yards as with my buck this year! I would recommend them if you don't want to spend a fortune. But I'm sure these others mentioned are great arrows too.

    update on used muzzleloader

GREAT!!! I didn't want to hear this type of thing now! I might be getting a job there when I get out of college. If I do, I promise I won't do any of you boys wrong. Just ask for me!

BIG buck! I wonder why he still had his velvet in December? With a rack like that, there probably wasn't a need to rub it off and get ready to fight for ladies. They probably just came to him and the rest of the bucks bowed down! he he

    Another monster from the North!!!

[ QUOTE ] I should add, it's affordable but not possible, U.S residents can only own a quarter and can only hunt it if they are a resident, non residents must use an outfitter. [/ QUOTE ] That is probably a smart law to have. Overwise, with cheap land prices everything would start to get...

    One confused hunter!

I was hunting 2nd season this last Saturday morning and had an odd situation come to me. I had just started pushing a small piece of ground for the guys in my group. I came to a fence and began to cross it when all or a sudden a damb coal black doe comes running by me!! Honest to god! It was...

    Working The System.....

Re: RE : working the system..... The good news is that we all care enough about hunting and outdoors that we can debate things like this. I think that says something good about us all! Everyone hunt safe, have fun, and good luck to all the rest of the season!!!! And G6, if you top that...

Re: RE : working the system..... Oh G6, it is easy for you to say something like that! I see what you killed this year already. I would probably just give up hunting bucks if I harvested something like that this year too!!! lol just trying to lighten everyone up alittle.
