1031 reform?

I would bet the farm that doesn't happen with Trump as President, which is a good thing. I don't see it ever happening quite frankly.
 
I doubt it as well (with Trump) but that is something that could change the market it a hurry. For those holding parcels that have been exchanged--like myself, they would have to keep that parcel or pay big taxes.
