2012 Drought and new NWSG plantings

Well, with the awful growing conditions of 2012, how did everyone's new plantings of nwsg or prairie mixes fare?

My spring 2011 CRP plantings look horrible. Just started seeing spotty switch grass sprouting late in 2012. I am curious what others have experienced...

Found ungerminated seed in one of my plantings yesterday after a little scraping here and there. Is it rotted and done or will it continue to germinate next year? I am reseeding this plot at half rate, but staking off two sample 100 square foot areas that will not get new seed...to see what comes up in those spaces.

I planted 20 acres , drilled June first 2 pounds of each per acre, BB,Indian,CIR didnt have 1 blade come up looked like a desert with a few broad leaf weeds , already reseeded at 10LBS CIR a acre hopefully germination this year.
