$250,000 fine!

Just got my Fall 2002 Iowa Bowhunter newsletter from IBA which includes and interesting story under DNR News on page 19 (I couldn't find the story on the IBA website, maybe someone can get it there for us).

Here is how it begins...

BEDFORD DEER HUNTER PLEADS GUILTY

It's about time that serious game law offenders get treated like the criminals they are instead of treated like a good ole boy who got carried away having a little Friday night fun. Bet they won't ever collect the fine. Too easy to declare bankrupcy to weasel out of paying.
