My son Jason Has hunted for several turkey seasons, came close many times but finally put a turkey on the ground opening day of youth season.

2nd day of 1st season i had a little luck myself

Then i got a surprise visit Sunday morning from my dad who harvested his first bow bird after many years of trying

Nanny That is an old Mossberg 20 guage Bolt action . i got it dirt cheap years ago and cleaned it up. Turned out a really nice.

i was gonna ask about the gun too. my dad has one of those. killed his first deer with it. one of these days i need to break it out and continue the tradition.
